It's here, I've finally got around to updating the site - I hope you all like the few enhancements. I have tried to keep the site user friendly, clear and easy to read. If you have any suggestions or comments, please, please don't hesitate to use the 'Contact Info' button which will transport you at the speed of light, or at least the speed of your modem, to the contact and comments page.

I know it has been a long time coming and I apologise. But I have been busy trying to earn enough money to allow me to continue on this trip. It's been a hard slog with very little reward. The past five months has earned me very little and after expenses, left me very little. My next move is to head north towards Townsville 'stopping to work on the way' then inland to Darwin where I hope to get a flight to Singapore and the long awaited start to the Asian leg of the journey.

Moving on - You will notice a few subtle changes to the site. To start; At the top of the next page you have the button which will take you to my weekly (where connection allows) update, offering a quick rundown of the past weeks cycling or happenings. The page updated every Sunday, again reliant on a suitable internet connection, will show each week throughout the month, at the end of which I will update the Journals monthly log (updated on the1st Sunday of the coming month) with a more detailed account of the journey.

The next thing I have done is to introduce a few banners - no, my site will not be congested with advertising - the few banners I have are on offer to those individuals or companies who wish to sponsor my journey and the particular page the banner resides. Interested parties should click the 'Help keep my wheels spinning' link in the drop down menu of the next page.

On the subject of support, I have now been on the road for twenty one months, I've had a great time and yes, the plan was to live and work with the locals as I traveled. This serves two purposes, first it allows me to meet and enjoy the company of individuals from many cultures and secondly, to earn enough to take me onto my next destination. This is all good, however, I now feel the need for a bit more momentum, to move more regular and get into the real challenge of the journey, Asia and it's wildly different cultures.

Apart from the banners at the top of various pages, there will also be an additional page where for a small donation companies and individulal sponsors can have their names inserted with links to their own email and or websites.

Be a part of my great adventure - Help me keep my wheels spinning.... Encourage me on my way, send a link to this site, to all your friends at home and at work.
